Past advents 

2024 took us into the woods with some workings focused around woodland magic. 

2023 brought brings a theme of astrology as we have allowed the planets to influence some of the spells and exercises.

2022 was the first year we introduced a subtle theme for the advent and we loosely explored natural magic. We incorporated:

- A candle magic set with herb vials

- Tincture recipe and cork top her jar

- prosperity 'Witches ball' set

- a natural potion set 

- a gentle amulet set 

- lots of beautiful items inspired by natures magic

2021 saw a generic theme as it was our second advent. We brought a variation of spells, exercises and craft supplies. As the popularity of the advent became clear we decided to consider ways of ensuring each year brings a new experience. This year brought new items but held no theme to pull the advent together. 

2020 was our very first advent, all our tags were hand written! They also came in little hessian bags as opposed to the beautiful Kraft boxes we now use. This year was a trial but a successful one. 

The Midnight Imperium, Yule advents offer some key features:

- The majority of the items contained have been handmade using natural ingredients in a environmentally focused way. We are also plastic free on all packing and products - something we are passionate about.

- Many of the products included are full sized, bringing you luxury and value for money.

- included you will find products that are planned for release for next year. This gives you exclusive access to brand new products, before they are available in store.

- Each year the advent is developed based on the astrological energy of December and also has a couple of subtle themes running through it, bringing you an experience rather than just a box of beautiful items. This years theme explores astrology and manifestation. 

- For existing customers, the advent has been created to avoid repeats, so you can take comfort in knowing each year offers a new experience to enjoy.

- some products are advent exclusive, meaning you will not be able to find these anywhere else as they have been made especially for the advent.

What sort of items are included?
We like to keep mystery to our advents however you will find a variety of items included such as candles, herbs, crystals, incense, essential oils, wax melts and smaller sized tools. We try to develop a complete spell set for one of the days, there are then other spells that are made up of items from 2-3 of the days as well as products that involve exercises or are there to simply be enjoyed in their own right. We will of course be including brand new products that are getting released next year as well. 

Delivery and Dispatch dates

All early bird calendars will be dispatched early October via the tracked and signed service.
