Chamomile is a wonderful addition to any herbal collection due to its warm, yet calming properties. Chamomile has been used for centuries to support a more relaxed and cheerful disposition and promote peace. Many will enjoy Chamomile tea to settle nerves and dispel anxiety.  Chamomile is also well suited in confidence castings and often what Midnight Imperium looks to Chamomile for. Associated with the bold strong Sun and coming under the star sign Leo, Chamomile supports any casting related to confidence. Health : Chamomile relaxes the body and mind whilst relieving stress. Add some to a bath after a stressful day. It promotes a good night sleep and is safe for use with children. It’s a muscle relaxant and anti inflammatory so is often used in relieving period cramps or to soak away tired muscles after a long day.  Top tip Add some to a hot bath to calm the nerves and instil Confidence
